TAX:
Tax is 7%.

UTILITIES:
Our rental rates include normal use of water and electricity, with exception of the electricity consumption for the air conditioning.
Each apartment has its own flow meter for its air conditioning. You pay $ 0.75 per KWH if you use the a/c. The a/c uses 1 KWH per hour.

MINIMUM STAY:
Minimum 7 nights for reservation. Shorter stays can be booked from 14 days prior to arrival, but with a minimum stay of 4 nights.

DEPOSIT:
No deposit is required.

CHILDREN:
Our guests are those who seek an accommodation of luxury and tranquility. For that reason we are not suitable for guests under the age of 16.

PAYMENT: 
Payments are by bank transfer.
On your reservationsheet, you will find all details for the transfer. Your payment should be in our account within 7days, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled automaticly.
Once we receive your payment, we will mail you a confirmation.

CANCELLATION:
No refund for late arrival or early departure. The number of reserved nights will be charged. Not checking in within 24 hours of the reserved date (without notification) will be considered as a cancellation of your reservation with us.
If you cancel your reservation with us (after it’s final), you will still owe us the full rent.
We recommend you to have a cancellation insurance.
Once your reservation has been confirmed and you wish to change the arrival and departure dates, it will be considered as a cancellation and a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is between 3 - 6 pm.
For late arrivals: please ensure that you provide us with your correct flight number and arrival time so that we can plan your check-in time, and keep us informed of any changes.

Check-out time is no later than noon.
Check-out after noon will be charged an extra day.
On the day of departure you should leave the apartment neat and the waste should be correctly disposed of.

CLEANING:
The apartment is cleaned 3 times per week.

EXTRA SERVICE:
FREE use of a mobile phone. Cost of calls are not included. 
FREE wireless internet access, FREE coffee and thee at the palapa, FREE use of swimming pool, FREE use of BBQ facilities and FREE parking on the premises.

NOT ALLOWED:
Amalia Vacation Apartments is a no pets facility and all apartments are non smoking.
There is a designated smoking section outside in the open air.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
